Michael holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and his transaction volume exceeds $1 billion in consideration and includes numerous landmark transactions. He has strong relationships with major developers, institutional/private investors and corporate occupiers of industrial product throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2007, Michael was a Principal with Infinity Realty Group where he provided brokerage services and managed real estate portfolios of high net worth individuals.
