Adam Vilan began his career with Lee & Associates - Commerce, Inc. as a research analyst and marketing coordinator for Peter Bacci in 2009. Born and raised in Southern California, Adam attended Biola University studying Business Management before focusing on his career in Commercial Real Estate. His research background has given him an understanding of all of the industrial markets in the Greater Los Angeles region. Adam's ability to balance school and work has given him valuable leadership and organizational skills that he uses every day at Lee. Adam brings an energetic and competitive attitude to the team, as well as someone who understands the market from his experience in research and marketing.

Adam focuses on creating strong relationships with his clients and meeting with them face to face whenever possible. He provides personalized customer service to each and every client of the team. Adam also makes it a point to stay on top of market conditions and daily movements that could have an effect on his clients or the market as a whole. Adam's primary role with the LA Industrial Group is to facilitate current listings and relationships that the team has already created, while continuing to pursue new business.

Adam specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation, and owner/user sales, with a focus on the Commerce/Vernon market. He prides himself on his reliability, work ethic, and knowledge of the market in order to help the team in and keep clients.
