Michael Tsaparian, CCIM, is an Executive Vice President and Principal of Lee & Associates-Commerce/Industry and a member of the Lee & Associates Group of Companies providing commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services to corporations, public and private investors, investment trusts, and banks. Having over 27 years of experience, Michael possesses extensive knowledge of the Southern California Real Estate market with focused knowledge of the three major Los Angeles infill industrial markets; Central Los Angeles, Mid Counties and the South Bay. Michael holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and his transaction volume exceeds $1 billion in consideration and includes numerous landmark transactions. He has strong relationships with major developers, institutional/private investors and corporate occupiers of industrial product throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2007, Michael was a Principal with Infinity Realty Group where he provided brokerage services and managed real estate portfolios of high net worth individuals.
